I had to return the watch as it was broken. When I enquired as to the replacement they said they had given me a refund even though the watch was still available on the site. What made the whole thing irritating was that JTV and Shop at Home have different item numbers, invoice numbers and even though they are the same company neither one knows how the other operates. For example JTV were quite adament that they had no watches being sold on Amazon. Therefore my dealings with customer service were incredibly frustrating. When eventually we ended up the same page they told me I had been issued a refund although the watch is available on their website ...
